For Holly, cannolis are more than just a dessert—they're a cherished family tradition passed down through generations.
Growing up, some of Holly's favorite memories were spent in the kitchen alongside her Nana. Together, they would carefully prepare cannoli shells, mix sweet ricotta filling, and share stories that turned every batch into something special. Those moments taught Holly that food isn't just about ingredients—it's about family, connection, and creating memories around the table.
When Anthony became part of Holly's life, he was welcomed into that tradition with open arms. What began as helping in the kitchen quickly became a shared passion. Nana treated Anthony like family from the very beginning, teaching him the same values, recipes, and attention to detail that had been passed down to Holly over the years. Together, Holly and Anthony learned that the true secret behind every great cannoli wasn't just the recipe—it was the love and care that went into making it.
